Thanks to the weather-sealing, the E-M5 III is resistant to rain, snow and dust.And when changing lenses, you don’t have to worry about dust entering the E-M5 Mark III. That’s because the Supersonic Wave Filter (SSWF) instantly removes dust on the sensor by vibrating at ultra-high speeds. The sensor also features a special coating which prevents dust from sticking to its surface.

Precise autofocus
The OM-D autofocus (AF) system on the E-M5 Mark III lets you focus on the subject or scene – with the assurance that you’ll have a great, clear shot at all times. The 121-point all-cross type Phase Detection AF is especially convenient – the high number of autofocus points supports fast and precise shooting. Even patterns and moving subjects can be captured with ease.

High-res Electronic Viewfinder (EVF)
The technology known from the latest, state-of-the-art televisions can also be seen in the E-M5 Mark III: OLED. The OLED EVF has approximately 2.36 million dots to make viewing easy, with magnification of 1.37x. The vivid colours and high-contrast display performance is the highest of its class. The roughly 27mm eye point distance is ideal for eyeglass-wearers.

4K movie recording
Also made for videographers, the E-M5 Mark III provides ultra-high C4K (4096 x 2160) movie-making, an ultra-high resolution which also allows for more flexibility when it comes to post-production. Or choose to film in Full HD at high-speed 120fps to add cinematic dynamics to your movies. Renowned Olympus IS made especially for filmmaking adjusts the compensation in harmony with how you pan the camera to ensure clear scenes with every take. To boost your video’s audio, a microphone jack is conveniently located on the side of the E-M5 Mark III. Using an extra hot shoe, you can add an external microphone or the LS-P4 Recorder (both optional extras) and enjoy synced audio with ease.
