Description
The Sony HVL-F43AM is a powerful external flash with Guide Number 43 (105mm, ISO 100m). It is designed for the Alpha range of digital SLR cameras. With, bounce, swivel and wireless operation, it's very versatile too. The unit is dust and moisture repellent for ruggedness during everyday use.
Also featured is the Quick Shift Bounce System which instantly adjusts the position of the flash head when switching between vertical and horizontal picture orientation. This maintains a constant bounce and shadow pattern.
The HVL-F43AM can also be used to control the output level of up to 3 flash units via Wireless Radio Control.
Flash power is variable from full to 1/128 output in 22 increments of 1/3-stops, giving added versatility. Refresh time is also fast at 2.9 seconds.
