13.8x Zoom Range
The focal length range of 18-250mm covers every perspective from true wideangle to long telephoto, so this lens may be the only one you'll need to carry.

Optical Stabilisation
The OS system on the Sigma 18-250mm lens gives the equivalent of an extra four stops in shake reduction, allowing you to set much slower shutter speeds than would otherwise be possible, especially useful in low light.

Optical Features
This lens contains four SLD (Super Low Dispersion) elements and three aspherical elements to counteract just about every aberration, making for sharp images throughout the zoom range. Also featured is Sigma's Super Multi Layer Coating which acts to eliminate both ghosting and flare, even for backlit subjects.

Hyper Sonic Motor
The HSM included in this lens allows it to focus quickly and accurately on your subject. All focus is internal so fitting filters is easy.

Great for Closeups
The Sigma 18-250mm OS lens has a minimum focusing distance of 45cm (17.7") throughout the zoom range, which gives a macro magnification of up to 1:3.4 which is great for closeup photography.
