Description

Telephoto zoom lens with optical stabilisation and internal focusing. Super Low Dispersion glass and HSM focus drive are also among its features.

Optical Stabilisation
Gives image stabilisation that allows you to shoot at up to 4 shutter speeds slower, giving more options in low light and fast moving action. The optical stabilisation means that you can view preview the effect of the compensation in the viewfinder and know what effect it will have on your photos.

Optical Features
The Sigma 50-200mm DC OS lens has a SLD (Super Low Dispersion) element and Super Multilayer Coating, ensuring crisp images with high contrast levels plus minimised flare and ghosting.

HSM Internal Focus
This lens uses Sigma’s own HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) technology to produce an internal focusing mechanism which is fast and quiet. Internal focusing means that filters such as circular polarisers can be easily attached and adjusted.

This lens is surprisingly compact, being only 102.2mm (4.0”) in length and also has 110cm (43.3”) close focusing throughout the entire zoom range.
