At Camera Jungle we're committed to offering great service and unbeatable value for money. We understand that price is important, and so we have a team dedicated to regularly checking our prices daily against the UK's leading Used camera specialists. If we find a competitor offering a better nationwide price for an identical product, in stock, and sold in the same condition we will lower our price to match immediately.

Who will we match?

We will match the UK's leading used specialist camera retailers. We only match companies that sell direct (not via marketplaces or auction sites) as these reputable retailers offer a level of service and warranties that are of a comparable nature to Camera Jungle.

How to Price Match online

To price match, send us an email to customerservices@camerajungle.co.uk with your contact information, the price you want us to match and a link to the website on which you've seen the better price. We'll check the competitors’ website and contact you.

Price Match conditions

We can only match like for like items (including brand, model and kit variants), that are in stock with us, not marked as a clearance line by a competitor, and available for immediate delivery/collection from a listed competitor. The competitors’ price must be available to all customers and include all applicable delivery charges. The competitor price must exclude any discounts or promotional offers including (but not limited to) voucher codes, VIP, affiliate cashback, membership or personal discounts. Price matching cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
