Placing an Order

Ordering from us is quick and easy. Simply create a Camera Jungle account, which takes less than 3 minutes, and click on the add to basket button next to the item. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and use a secure transaction process to insure your details are kept safe.

Each item is sent using the DHL courier service, and is fully insured. Orders placed on a working day before 3pm, will be dispatched on the same day. Head to our delivery page for more information.

Tracking your order If you have received a tracking number and your order has not been succesfully delivered then contact us with your tracking number as soon as possible.

Order query If you are looking to find out further details regarding your order, the quickest way to get in touch is via email. Please remember to quote your order number when contacting us.
