The Sony C77AM grip has a secondary set of controls for the Alpha a77 which enables comfortable shooting in portrait or landscape orientation. It is a rugged design and is dust and moisture sealed. In addition it can hold two Sony Info Lithium NP-FM500H batteries for an approximate 1000 shot battery life on the a77.
